MPBSE Class 12 Exams: Tightened Security and Jammers Prevent Cheating in Indore Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education board examination for class 12 commenced from Tuesday. With special arrangements and jammers on sensitive examination centres, no cheating cases were reported on the first day of the exam. In Indore district 34,402 regular students and 7,096 private students had registered for the examinations for class 12 Hindi examination, held on Tuesday. This time, to prevent any kind of cheating during the board exams, the entire examination process was completed under the supervision of the District Panchayat CEO Siddharth Jain. The exam centres were set up only after the CEO's consent, and no private school was made an exam centre. Re-allotment of MP Board class 5 & 8 exam centres in specific cases Examination centres for Rajya Shiksha Kendra (RSK) board exams for class 5 and class 8 will be re-allotted if the distance between their school and the exam centre is found to be too much. This was announced by CEO of the Jila Panchayat, Siddharth Jain in a bid to ensure that students do not miss their board examinations. Further, to ensure a smooth and fair examination experience, Jain has issued instructions to review the centres by the Department of Public Instruction (DPC) and District Education Officer (DEO) to ensure that all 58 cases of far-off centres are addressed. Jain has instructed officials to revise these allotments accordingly to ensure ease of access for all students. The survey, conducted by the Forest Department of Madhya Pradesh in collaboration with local NGOs, aims to track the vulture population and identify key nesting sites in the region. There are 2,687 students in the district registered for these exams. One exam centre approval is still pending. Across the Indore division, which includes Alirajpur, Barwani, Burhanpur, Dhar, Indore, Jhabua, Khandwa, and Khargone, 2,139 exam centres have been approved. The division has a total of 19,413 students registered, with four exam centres still awaiting approval. MP Board exams for Class 5 and Class 8 will begin on 24 February 2025. The Class 5 exams will end on 1 March 2025, and the Class 8 exams will conclude on 5 March 2025. All exams will take place in a single afternoon shift from 2 PM to 4:30 PM.
