INDORE: Parents in Indore expressed concern following bomb threat emails sent to schools in Delhi during the CBSE Class 12 exams. While no local threats occurred, the news led parents to verify safety measures at local examination centres.
Local Schools Reassure Families
Parents like Sunita Jain and Rakesh Verma contacted schools to ensure precautions were in place. Aparna Pranjape, at a private CBSE school, confirmed that parents were seeking reassurance about security plans. “We reminded them that all safety protocols were in place,” she stated.
Authorities and local police monitored key centres to maintain a safe environment. Experts suggest that clear communication from schools is vital to easing parental anxiety during such times.
