Fish Ocean Coasters
Materials:
• Cork, wood, or ceramic coasters (plain)
• Colored paper or cardstock (with fish/ocean prints or cutouts)
• Mod Podge (or white glue)
• Foam brush
• Scissors
• Clear acrylic spray sealer (optional)
• Felt pads or cork backing (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cut out fish shapes or use printed ocean-themed paper.
2. Brush Mod Podge on the coaster surface.
3. Stick fish cutouts or printed paper onto the coaster.
4. Smooth out bubbles gently.
5. Let it dry for 15–20 minutes.
6. Apply 2–3 thin coats of Mod Podge over the top to seal.
7. Let each coat dry completely.
8. Optional: Spray with acrylic sealer for extra protection.
9. Add felt pads underneath to prevent slipping.
10. Done — your fishy coasters are ready to use!

Tide Pool Poke Bowls
Ingredients
• 1 cup cooked sushi rice or jasmine rice
• 200g firm tofu, pressed and cubed
• 1 cup seaweed salad (store-bought or homemade wakame salad)
• 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
• 1 avocado, sliced
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
• 1 tsp grated fresh ginger (optional)
• 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
• 2 green onions, sliced
• Optional: pickled ginger, sliced radishes, or shredded carrots for extra crunch
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice and keep it warm.
2. Press tofu to remove excess water, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
3. Make the marinade: mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, maple syrup, and grated ginger.
4. Marinate tofu cubes in the sauce for 10–15 minutes.
5. Optional: Lightly pan-fry tofu cubes until golden on all sides
6. Assemble bowls: divide warm rice into two bowls.
7. Arrange tofu, seaweed salad, cucumber slices, and avocado on top.
8. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
9. Add any optional toppings like pickled ginger or radishes.
10. Drizzle any remaining marinade over the bowl if desired.
