Women juggle many roles, so ensuring they feel nourished is key. Mexican Sweet Potato and Black Bean Bake is a delicious, nutrient-packed dish that provides lasting energy and is perfect for this special occasion.

DIY Photo Bulletin Board
Materials Needed:
• Old window frame (no glass)
• Sandpaper
• Paint (optional)
• Twine or string
• Clothespins or picture hanging clips
• Nails or screws
• Hammer
• Measuring tape
• Decorative items (optional)

Steps:
1. Prepare the Window Frame
o Clean and sand the frame if needed.
o Paint it (optional) and let it dry.
2. Add Twine
o Measure and mark spots on the frame for the twine.
o Drill small holes and attach twine tightly across the frame.
3. Attach Clips
o Use clothespins or picture clips on the twine to hang photos.
4. Add Photos
o Hang your favourite photos or artwork using the clips.
5. Decorate (Optional)
o Add ribbons, flowers, or stickers for extra style.
6. Hang the Frame
o Use picture hooks or nails to hang your new bulletin board on the wall.

Mexican Sweet Potato and Black Bean Bake
Ingredients:
• 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
• 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 cup corn kernels
• 1 cup diced bell peppers
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
• 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Toss the diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet.
3. Roast the sweet potatoes in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender.
4. In a large bowl, mix the roasted sweet potatoes, black beans, corn, and bell peppers.
5. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, top with shredded cheese if desired, and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
