My Mother, My first Guru: a teacher for life…
The most amazing person who changed my life is not any famous one or any celebrity but my mother, my first Guru who inspired to learn English.
In my family not so many of relatives have good knowledge of English, even I myself was the student of Govt school where we were not given any chance of learning English at primary level.
So it was very difficult for me to develop any interest in learning English. One day, my father brought a very big container of Parle G biscuits on which the alphabet of English was printed.
My mother, though did not have good knowledge of english started teaching me and from that day I got a keen interest in English and it was my maiden lesson that has turned me into a teacher of english and of course I can't forget it as it was given by none other than but my mother.
Thank you very much my Mom. I am a teacher today and capable of changing lives because of my mother. Maa, thank you!
