Maa – The Inspiration of My Life...My Mother My Lifeline… by Kamini Shukla

Maa – The Inspiration of My Life...My Mother My Lifeline…
She was always with me, when I needed her but today she needs me and I am not available there for her. She is none other than one of my favourite, loveable superstars, “MY MOTHER- MY INSPIRATION, MY STRENGTH and MY COUNSELLOR”.
My mother is my GOD. When I need anything, she fulfils my wishes. I remember the day when I was in school and my school uniform got torn. She at once started stitching my uniform and suddenly a mosquito entered in her ear, it was paining very badly. With that unbearable pain, she stitched my uniform. There are many more incidences where she never thought of herself and always kept my wishes as priority.
Today after years of my marriage, I am occupied with my family and my work and spare very less time to talk to her. At present, she is not well. S
he is bedridden and wants us to come there and spend time with her. Though I make calls and video calls but physical presence is desired.
She has all the facilities but still she is missing us. In old age, people need time not money and we people don’t have time to spend with them. It hurts me a lot. I am also desperate to meet her and pray to God to give her strength to bear the pain. “Get Well Soon!” My dearest mom, we all love you.
