Sub divisional officer (SDO) who is facing a complaint and investigation for abusive behaviour gave a notice to the employee who filed the complaint. He cut off a day’s salary of the forest guard to pressurize him.

On Saturday, there was a dispute between SDO Dinesh Vaskel and employee Devendra Tomar over the issue of imposing duty at the main gate.

Immediately after the incident, the employee Tomar complained at Tejaji Nagar police station. In the complaint, the SDO first said abusive words and then talked about shooting. SDO Vaskell denied the allegations on Sunday.

Sarla Sondia and Vikas Yogi were eyewitnesses.

According to sources, both SDO Vaskel and Vikas went to the hunting ground at nine o'clock on Saturday night.

After talking for an hour, he got down from there. The development in the sanctuary has been hired by an outsourcing agency to run gypsies for the safari. On the other hand, Sarla is a forest guard, whose duty remains till 11 am.

According to sanctuary employees who requested anonymity, two deputy rangers are pressurizing Sarla to give a statement in favour of the SDO.

This was ordered on Monday, a day after recording of statements. Several sources had already claimed that evidences are being tempered.

Chief Conservator of Forests (CCF) Indore division sought further details on previous complaints against Sub Divisional Officer (SDO) as he is not satisfied with preliminary investigation, statements recorded.

Another incident that brought question on the investigation on Monday was from employees' union. The union approached CCF and sought his help in the investigation.

The officials have placed the demand of transfer of the SDO in front of the CCF-DFO so that the investigation is not affected by the senior officers.

Investigation will be affected

On Monday, Dinesh Sharma, Bhim Singh Kushwaha, Antarsingh Bais, Durgesh Kushwaha, Suryanarayan Yadav and other officials of Forest Employees Union first met DFO Pandwa.

He said that the statement has been recorded. The controversy has been exaggerated. Not a single eyewitness spoke of shooting. Later the delegation met CCF Mohanta.

The officials said that both Sarla Sondia and Vikas Yogi also work under the SDO. In such a situation, anyone will be able to give a proper statement.

Due to this, the SDO will be transferred to another place till the investigation goes on so that the investigation is not affected.
