Madhya Pradesh: Lord Hanuman at Rajwada Subhash Chowk Mandir motivates devotees dressed as corona warrior
With coronavirus second wave spreading faster than ever, Indore along with many other parts of the country is under a lockdown. During the lockdown, people are unable to visit temples and pray for their loved ones.
To remind people that blessings exist for us in many forms and god is helping us in the form of corona warriors, Rajwada Subhash Chowk Mandir decorated lord Hanuman as a surgeon. The picture was posted officially by priests and other temple committee members.
The idol was covered with green background to give the feel of hospitals and operation theatre. Lord hanuman dressed in white wearing a headpiece with ‘+’ sign marked on it.
Further, the idol was seen with stethoscope carrying the globe, symbolic of world in its hands and protecting it.
Temples continue to remain closed, but most temples are trying to put up online feed for devotees.
