Indoreans attend, share their experience and participate in ‘Yog Se Nirog': Swami Ramdev & Sri Sri Ravishankar suggest tips for followers
Indoreans attend, share their experience and participate in ‘Yog Se Nirog’ workshop organised by joint efforts of Ayush and School Education Department along with Indian Yoga Association.
Followers and volunteers of Swami Ramdev and founder of Art of Living Sri Sri Ravishankar promoted and participated in the workshop. Group of volunteers from Indore shared their experiences and stories of changes in patients with the help of yoga.
Chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan quoted the importance of rhythmic flow of air in the body and how it helps in beating symptoms of covid-19 virus. “Yoga helps to overcome the issues arising out of loneliness, depression and tension among other things,” he said.
Yoga trainer Nikita Gupta said that many people are going through “negative thoughts” because of home isolation and concerns related to the pandemic. “Yoga will help fight against the negativity,” she said.
Nikita added that it helps to improve the immune system of the patient.
As many as 1,067 yoga gurus from Indian Yoga association, Art of living, Heartfulness, Isha foundation, Kevalyadham and Patanjali Yog Peeth have been registered to conduct the yoga classes.
Sri Sri suggests…
· Remember and accept that treatment keeps changing with scientific study and development.
· Get rid of superstitions. Stop believing that tying threat to a tree will heal you.
· Have a scientific preview and understanding of coronavirus.
· Accept the new knowledge, as it keeps changing.
· Keep your aim high and remember to aim for happiness.

· Built your inner willpower and it will generate positive emotions and hormones.
· Your happiness will boost immunity.
· Work towards being positive and happy.
· We need to fight coronavirus, negativity and depression.
