Til Chaturthi Festival commences at Khajrana Ganesh Temple, Indore, Lord adorned with Rs 2 crore gold jewels
Celebrations of Til Chaturthi Festival commenced at Khajrana Ganesh from Sunday with thousands of devotees standing in queue for ‘darshan’ of the lord. The festival will be celebrated till Tuesday, February 2.
Lord Ganesha was adorned with gold jewellery on the fest. The cost of these jewelery is two crore rupees.
There was a huge crowd of devotees at Khajrana Ganesh temple since morning to celebrate Til Chaturthi.
To celebrate the fest, Mahabhog of 51,000 laddoos of sesame and jaggery was offered to lord Ganesh by Siddhi Vinayak Bhakta Mandal. Prasad was also distributed among the devotees.
Khajrana Ganesha is decorated with gold ornaments, pearls and flowers. Special arrangements were made for devotees to stand in queues for ‘darshan’.
