 Have you been told to work hard? Go at it continuously hammering and you will reach your goal? True probably, right? But probably not…


We all tend to believe that if we continuously strive towards something or someone, it is bound to become ours. However, often this continuously striving towards a particular thing even if it is forcing ourselves to think positively that leads to anxiety, stress and long-term disorders. Yes, these disorders are often undetected because we have come to believe that stress is a normal part of our lives. 

If you feel stressed, many other health issues including physical and psychological are bound to creep their way into your ‘good life’. 

An essential way to detect a problem is being stuck with something. But then a question that strikes a conflict is confusion being stuck and loyalty. 

Loyalty is not being stuck with one thought or a feeling. We often hate the person we love, even in that hatred we might love the person more than imaginations. It would be wonderful to keep feeling in love 24×7. However, not good or bad stays. 

It is one of the biggest privilege that we have, continuity in life. Whenever you feel stuck, relax… breath. Eventually, your mind will find automatically find a solution.
