The 35th MP Young Scientist Congress
(MPYSC) will be organised on Friday from 10 am at Shri Govindram Seksaria
Institute of Technology and Science. About 207 research papers will be
presented by budding scientists of the state in the congress.
The inaugural programme will be presided by
Bala Bachhan, minister of technical education, MP govt; and PC Sharma, minister
of science and technology and public relations, MP govt.
Dr SK Gupta of BARC Technology transfer
division will be special guest along with Dr RK Arya, Director General, MP
Council of Science and Technology.
The research papers will be presented in 19
disciplines, namely Agricultural Sciences, Anthropology and Behavioural
Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Sciences, Civil Engineering, Computer
Science Engineering and Information Technology, Earth and Atmospheric Science,
Electrical and Electronics Engg., Environmental Sciences, Home Sciences, Life Sciences, Mathematical Sciences,
Mechanical Engineering, Medical Sciences including AYUSH, New Biology,
Pharmaceutical Sciences, Physical Sciences, Plant Sciences, Veterinary Science
and Animal Husbandry.
All the participants of MPYSC are
encouraged by awarding fellowship for training in any National Institution
under Council’s Scheme “Fellowship for Training of Young Scientist” to be
availed within one year of participation in MPYSC.
