Healer is like first aid box, essential for emergencies: Vishakha Karnani said on concluding day of two-day YPV free healing camp
Healing does not compete with medical sciences, having a healer in family is like a first aid box in every house that is essential for handling emergencies. This was explained by Vishakha Karnani, senior healer of Yoga Prana Vidya (YPV), on the concluding day of two-day free YPV healing camp at Mahalaxmi Mandir Parisar in Mahalaxmi Nagar on Sunday.
“We all have natural tendencies of healing ourselves, but with recent advents of new age medicines, our body and mind experiences more complexities,” Vishakha said. She explained that in order to stay healthy and maintain our self-healing powers, one needs to learn the technique.
“At times when stress pulls us down and we are unable to concentrate on our work, YPV healing ensures that our disturbed charkas are healed and we get ourselves attuned with energy channels in our body,” Vishakha said.
She explained that this healing can save people from diseases and issues that rise as a result of continuous stress and trauma.
“For example, if we get a cut and immediately apply ointment from first aid box, then we can avoid the wound catching infections. Similarly, whenever stress or any other trauma pulls us down, a healer like a first aid kit can heal the issue and save us from infections and complicated diseases,” Vishakha explained.
Further, she explained that YPV teachings and healing techniques are simplified, mechanistic and at the same time spiritual.
“It is simple and mechanistic in the sense that all that one has to do is to follow the instructions step-by-step and the results will follow,” Vishakha said. She added that it is spiritual in the sense that by praying and invoking one becomes a divine healing.
Homemaker Swati Upadhyay attending the healing session said, “I am feeling relaxed after the session. I suffer from migraine, but since I am not having an attack at the moment, I cannot clearly state how much it will help.”
Homemaker Deepti Upadhyay said, “I have migraine from 8 to 10 years. I have taken this healing therapy for the first time. I guess eventually, I will find out how it heals nerves and stress.”
