Academic education and success need not be
looked at the same way. Marks are only ‘stepping stones in your academic
career, explained Ajeet Kumar Pateria, Former District and Session Judge,
Indore High Court to passing out students of Vidyasagar School. Pateria was the
chief for the ‘Passing-out ceremony’ of class XII students.
He further quoted the importance of
attaining moral values and growing as a person. “You must learn to become
better human beings, stay honest and become trustworthy for a successful life,
academic record might fade but these qualities won’t,” Pateria said.
Stressing
the importance of passion in one's life, guest of honour former DAVV rector Dr
Sudhakar Bharti urged students to find their passion through observation.
Dr Bharti emphasized students to become
critical and creative thinkers.
“The main objective of education is to
become good and responsible citizens, and as students, you must work on
developing your thinking ability,” school patron Rameshwar Patel said.
School principal Dr Dinesh C Sharma
explained the commands of Upanishad and asked students to learn from it.
Classical Dance, Guru Vandana and Farewell
song were presented by school students.
