Last date for CSAB special round 2019 admission to IIITs, NITs and GFTIs

The last date to register for Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) special round 2019 is on Saturday.  The registration process, which began on Thursday night is for engineering aspirants who have cleared JEE Main examination and are seeking admission to IIITs, NITs and GFTIs. The candidates need to log onto the official website of CSAB, which is csab.nic.in.
According to notification, candidates or aspirants applying for admission through special round are required to complete the registration process along with the fees payment for the counselling process on or before July 27, 2019, which is Saturday.
The special round of CSAB counselling 2019 is being held to screen, shortlist candidates and to facilitate admission to undergraduate courses for engineering and architecture at IIITs, GFTIs and NITs.
Candidates applying for the special counselling will be allotted seats through counselling process based on the rank secured by them in the JEE Main 2019 examination.
The counselling process including the registration, fee payment, choice booking and allotment of seats at institutes will be done online only. After completion of counselling process, the special round 1 seat allotment result will be declared on July 28, 2019.
The CSAB will hold two separate special rounds for seat allocation at IIITs, GFTIs and NITs.
