It was a different way of celebrating monsoon for Jain Social Group Exotic at Skyline resort. With the team of World of Fitness, the group organised a throw-back to childhood way of being fit.
Teaching childhood inspired fun dance steps; fitness instructor Aarti Maheshwari guided the group in an active cardio session. Discussing importance of being fit in a fun way, she said, “We need to understand that fitness comes not only for body, but for mind and emotions as well.”
Aarti explained that engaging in natural environment in active sessions is the best way to be fit. “We can find our own rhythm, balance and fitness routine if we just spend time as children and dance in the rain,” she said.
Aarti added that fitness should not aim at losing weight, rather living healthy. “There is no point of exercise and being skinny if we are facing digestive issues and illness every day, so let’s be kids and dance to be fit the fun way,” she said.
Group's president Ashish Luniya and Secretary Prashant Jain were present for the event.
