Taking a step towards her dreams of becoming a renowned dance, 8-year-old Angel Sonagra got third prize at three-day Kinkani Kirtan International Dance competition.
Over 180 children had participated in the competition held at Ujjain last week. Dancers from Taiwan and Thailand also performed Indian classical dance at the dance fest competing for titles.
Despite being good in many other activities, Angel dreams of becoming a professional dancer. She scored 97.5 percent in class III final examination.
“I also have gold medal in skating and Thai boozing, but I am happiest when dancing,” Angel said. Recently she has also been selected for state-level examination of Spell Bee.
Pandit Rajendra Kumar Gangani was the chief guest at the event and appreciated her efforts
