Materials Required

  • Tall glass jars or slim cylinders
  • Baking soda
  • Food colours
  • White vinegar

Instructions

  • Place six spoons of baking soda into bottom of each vessel.
  • Drop varied food colours directly onto dry base.

  • 3 Ripe bananas (spotted)
  • 1/3 cup Melted butter and 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Egg (beaten)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla and 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • Walnuts, dark chocolate chips, or blueberries

Instructions

  • Smash bananas with fork in large bowl until smooth.
  • Stir in melted butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, and baking soda.
  • Gently fold in flour and brain-boost add-ins without overmixing.
  • Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 175°C.
  • Remove once toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.
