Stuffed Garlic Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1 large baguette or Italian bread loaf
• 1/2 cup butter (softened)
• 3-4 garlic cloves (minced)
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or basil (optional)
• 1/2 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
• Salt to taste
Optional fillings:
• Roasted paneer
• Sautéed mushrooms or spinach
• Chopped olives or sun-dried tomatoes

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Slice the bread lengthwise, but don’t cut all the way through—leave a hinge on one side to keep the loaf together.
3. In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, salt, parsley (if using), and dried oregano.
4. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both sides of the opened bread.
5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously over the bottom half of the bread.
6. Add any optional fillings like paneer, mushrooms, or olives on top of the cheese.
7. Close the bread and wrap it tightly in aluminum foil.
8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and the bread is warm.
9. For a crispy crust, unwrap the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
10. Slice and serve warm.
