Shake It Up with DIY Musical Maracas
Materials:
Small plastic bottle (or yogurt cup, pill bottle, or any small container)
Rice, beans, or small beads (for sound)
Tape or glue (to seal the container)
Markers, paint, or stickers (for decorating)
Decorative tape or string (optional, for flair)
Instructions:
Choose Your Container: Find a small bottle or cup you can seal tightly.
Fill with Sound: Add rice, beans, or beads (about 1/4 to 1/3 full). Adjust the filling to experiment with louder or softer sounds.
Seal it Tight: Tape or glue the lid on securely. If using a cup, cover it with plastic wrap or tissue and seal it with tape.
Decorate: Get creative! Use paint, markers, or stickers to make your maracas your own. Add some flair with decorative tape or string.
Shake and Groove: Once dried, shake your maracas to the rhythm of your favorite tunes. You can even challenge yourself to play along with different music styles!

Crunch into Health with Crispy Baked Zucchini Fries
Ingredients:
2 zucchinis, cut into fries
1 cup breadcrumbs (or panko)
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp oregano
Salt & pepper
2 eggs, beaten
Olive oil spray
Instructions:
Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Coat the Zucchini: Dip zucchini fries into the beaten eggs, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture (breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper).
Bake to Perfection: Arrange fries on the baking sheet in a single layer. Lightly spray with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Serve & Enjoy: Serve with marinara or your favorite dipping sauce for a crunchy, healthy treat.
