The daughter of Basil Bariyawal, a chartered accountant, and Sheetal Bariyawal, a teacher, Saher credits her parents' unwavering support and looks up to her father as a role model.
“One thing that really helped me was the constant and rigorous periodic tests (PTS) we had at school,” she said. “Those exams gave me a clear understanding of where I stood during my preparation. I aimed to finish my syllabus by October, and after that, I focused entirely on practice.”
Saher was meticulous in her revision strategy—creating a real exam-like environment while attempting mock and sample papers. “I didn’t just casually solve papers. I would simulate the exam atmosphere, time myself for three hours, sit without distractions, and then get the papers checked by my teachers. That helped me identify where I was lagging—be it in presentation or in using the right keywords.”
Looking ahead, Saher has her eyes set on the financial world. “I’m planning to begin my career in investment banking. I find the idea of analysing projects and business models exciting. Eventually, I might explore quant finance too. I’ve always enjoyed entrepreneurship challenges, so I want to stay aligned with the business domain, even if the exact path evolves with time.”
Saher will be pursuing her graduation in Business at Kelly Business School, Indiana University, USA.

Hardik followed a disciplined routine of six hours of self-study daily, along with four hours of extra lectures. “Class notes were the most helpful. I don’t focus on making decorative notes—just what helps me revise clearly,” he added.
He scored 87 percentile in JEE Main and plans to take a drop year to attempt the exam again with better preparation.
His father, Hemant Mehta, is a businessman, and his mother, Chandanyati, works as a nurse. Hardik aims to pursue engineering and is determined to improve his performance in upcoming entrance exams.

Unlike many of his peers who prioritize board exams, Atharva’s primary academic focus was on JEE preparation. “I didn’t focus much on the board exams. My emphasis was on understanding concepts for JEE. For the boards, I just needed to learn how to write answers properly,” he explained.
To bridge that gap, he turned to practical strategies. “I revised using previous years and model papers,” he said. For non-core subjects like English and Physical Education, he relied on a focused and time-efficient approach. “I prepared for English and PE in just two days,” he added.
His dedication to his studies was evident in his daily schedule. “I studied 8 to 10 hours every day,” Atharva noted, a routine that undoubtedly played a key role in both his board and JEE results.
Atharva now sets his sights on IIT Bombay, where he hopes to pursue Computer Science—a field that aligns closely with his future ambitions. “I want to do a tech startup. At IIT Bombay, I’ll make the right contacts and learn the essentials,” he said.
Coming from a business-oriented family, Atharva credits his parents for their support. His father, Ajay Airen, is a business consultant, while his mother, Neha Airen, runs a boutique. He also shares a close bond with his younger sister, Mishti Airen, who he proudly mentions is six years younger and looks up to him.

"Not really expecting," she admitted, as her primary focus lay elsewhere. "I was focused on NEET. I also took an exemption from school to focus on the entrance exam. I wasn’t focused on the board exams. I studied in the last days."
However, when she did turn her attention to the board exams, she did so effectively. "The English exam had a 10-day break. So, those 15 days I focused and studied properly," Vanshika explained. Her efforts paid off particularly in Biology, where she scored an impressive 99. Her strategy for Biology was clear: "I studied NCERT several times. The more times you read, the more you learn."
Vanshika's parents are Vishal, an advocate, and Richa, a homemaker. Looking to the future, Vanshika has a clear career aspiration. "I hope to become a dermatologist. I have an interest in skin. People are very sensitive. Gen Z is very caring for skin. It has good scope in the future." She hopes to study in MGM Medical college in Indore.
