Materials Needed:
- Square piece of paper (origami paper or cut a square from rectangular paper)
- Colored pencils, crayons, or markers (to color the dancer and outfit)
- Prepare Paper: Start with a square piece of paper (cut if needed).
- Fold Horizontally: Fold paper in half horizontally, then unfold.
- Fold Top & Bottom: Fold top and bottom edges to meet the center crease.
- Rotate & Fold Again: Rotate paper and repeat step 3.
- Create Dancer's Shape: Fold corners to center, creating a house shape on both halves.
- Draw Dancer: Draw the face, arms, and legs in the center and sections.
- Fold Sections: Fold top-right, top-left, bottom-right, and bottom-left sections for body details.
- Color the Dancer: Color the dancer’s face, arms, legs, and outfit.
- Twirl & Test: Fold in different directions and watch the dancer twirl!

Ingredients:
- 4 whole wheat wraps (or any wrap of your choice)
- 1 cup hummus (store-bought or homemade; smoky or spicy recommended)
- 1 cup roasted veggies:
- Zucchini (1 medium, sliced)
- Bell peppers (1 red and 1 yellow, sliced)
- Red onion (half, thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
- A handful of fresh spinach leaves (or arugula for a peppery kick)
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots (for crunch and color)
