While enjoying, we need nourishment so prepare yourself a Buddha Bowl. It is a nutritious and balanced meal symbolizing the mindfulness of the Buddha. A Buddha bowl typically includes grains, vegetables, proteins, and a healthy sauce.

Buddha Bowl
Ingredients:
1 cup quinoa (or rice)
1 cup roasted sweet potatoes (cubed)
1 cup steamed broccoli
1/2 cup chickpeas (cooked or canned)
1/2 avocado (sliced)
2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt, pepper, and chili flakes (optional)
Instructions:
Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
Roast sweet potato cubes in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes, until tender.
Steam broccoli until just tender.
Assemble the bowl by arranging quinoa, sweet potatoes, broccoli, chickpeas, and avocado in sections.
Drizzle with tahini and lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

Bodhi Trees with Beads
Materials Needed:
Twigs or small branches
Beads (gold, green, or brown)
String or wire
Small pots or containers
Clay or playdough
Instructions:
Secure a small twig or branch into a pot or container filled with clay or playdough.
Thread beads onto string or wire, and wrap them around the twig to represent leaves.
As a variation, use small golden beads to symbolize the enlightenment that Buddha achieved under the Bodhi tree.

Peaceful Sound Game
Materials Needed:
Various sound-producing objects (bells, chimes, tambourines, etc.)
How to Play:
Blindfold the players and let them listen to different peaceful sounds (bells, wind chimes, soft music).
After each sound, ask the players to identify the sound or describe how it makes them feel.
The player who can identify the most sounds or share the most thoughtful responses wins.

Prior to Pentecost, Christian community is following the lessons taught by Jesus Christ and helping those in need. In their drive to help underprivileged families, Christian volunteers forming a group are providing ration packets to them. Christian holiday of Pentecost, which is celebrated the 49th day (the seventh Sunday) after Easter Sunday, will be celebrated on May 31 this year. The holiday commemorates the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles and other followers of Jesus Christ. School Education Department issued an advisory to all the school heads and officers regarding precautions to be taken against the deadly novel coronavirus to prevent the spread of infection among school children. The advisory was sent out at the direction of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India with a photocopy of the letter attached. The department in its advisory stated that the world is fighting against the rapid spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). In India, too, the number of cases identified has increased in the last few days.
