Ingredients:
• Wraps/Tortillas (4-6): Flour, spinach, or whole wheat
• Proteins (choose 1 or 2):
• Grilled chicken slices (or grilled tofu for vegetarian)
• Hummus
• Falafel balls
• Tuna salad or egg salad
• Fresh Veggies:
• Lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, shredded carrots or bell peppers
• Cheese (optional):
• Feta, cheddar, or mozzarella
• Sauces & Spreads (choose 1 or 2):
• Tzatziki, salsa, tahini, guacamole, balsamic glaze, or sriracha mayo
Instructions:
1. Prepare Ingredients:
• Grill or heat protein (chicken, tofu, or falafel).
• Wash & chop veggies (cucumber, tomatoes, avocado).
• Spoon out sauce(s) into bowls.
2. Assemble the Wraps:
• Lay a tortilla flat.
• Spread sauce in the centre.

Goal: Become a brave knight by defending the castle and showing teamwork and courage!
How to Play:

• One team is the Brave Knights, who protect the castle. The other team is the Invaders, who try to break in.
3. Knight's Role:
• Knights defend the castle using soft objects (pillows, foam swords, etc.) to stop the invaders.
4. Invader's Role:
• Invaders try to sneak past or "attack" the knights to break into the castle.
5. Switch Roles:
