More real-life stories to follow in the coming editions
Dad is always there, but sometimes, his presence just changes and stirs something inside us. It stirs and brings us alive in a way that we become better version of ourselves. Sharing such heart-warming examples and experiences from the pen of kind-hearted children, we celebrate Father’s Day on June 18.
Vulnerable yet Strong equals to Dad
“One incident that greatly motivated and connected me to my father was a dinner we shared on a cruise during our trip to Thailand. It was a beautiful evening, with the sun setting over the crystal-clear waters of the Andaman Sea.
As we enjoyed our meal, my father began sharing stories of his youth. He talked about the sacrifices his own parents had made for him and how that shaped his own values and priorities in life.
As he spoke, I began to realise just how much my father's love and dedication had shaped the person I had become. I saw how hard he had worked to provide for our family, how patient and caring he had always been, and how much he had sacrificed for us.
In that moment, I felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude and respect for my father. Seeing him share his own vulnerabilities and memories with me was a profound experience that brought us even closer than we already were.
That dinner on the cruise will always be a special memory for me and a reminder of the deep love and connection I have with my father. It taught me the importance of family, the power of shared experiences, and the value of cherishing every moment with the people we love.”

My Bestie, My Daddy
“My Dad for me is both my Father and my friend because he always pushes me to do my best no matter what decision I may have made. He provides me all the necessary information which I need to succeed. He always has a positive outlook towards life. And that is my motivation.”

He is the Alpha inside me
“Behind every good kid is a great father. My father is a person who helps me and motivates me in every hard situation. When I was not well, he was the only person who strengthened and motivated me. He is tired and tensed but he doesn't give up and always cares about me. He motivated me in many things but main he helps me in study. When I was tensed and crying how to complete my syllabus. He told me that give your best in exam. Marks is secondary but do your best and keep working hard. He never forces me to the things which he wanted but he tells me. In which thing you like, or you have interest do that. He does not create pressure on me. The best line he told me that ‘Wherever you want to go, you can go. Whatever you like, you can do; but remember, whatever happens, I am with you’.”

Fixing things together – Father’s Connect
One rainy afternoon, while struggling with a broken bicycle chain, my father appeared silently with a toolset. As we worked together, the sound of raindrops blended with laughter and conversation. In that moment, our shared determination, and the bond we forged created a deep connection, forever etched in my heart.

“My father has supported me on every stage of my life. Whenever I found me in a difficult situation, he was the one who motivated and inspired me. when I was 9 years old, I participated in Olympiad, I was not sure that I will score good. But my father explained me not to worry because I had tried my best. He told me that you should never think about the results. It is the result that puts pressure on us, but at the same time you should take care of the controls.”
