Malhotra stood at fifth position in the All India Ranking of the test. Her achievement adds glitters to the shinning Indore’s success streak. However, the journey of this young officer wasn’t easy. Here is a story of hope, destiny and joy that has come true, possibly like a dream for a little girl in Indore. Shakti was born in an underprivileged family in Neemuch. Being a girl was already considered ‘not good news’ in the family and further, she was born with a hole in her heart. The two states have been paired up for Art-Integrated Projects 2023-24. CBSE Director (Academics) Dr Joseph Emmanuel has issued orders for all its affiliated schools to plan and begin working on Art-Integrated Projects for class I to class X. As per the orders, at least one Art-Integrated Project in each subject shall be taken up by all students of classes IX and X. “For classes IX and X, the art integrated project work will be assessed as part of the subject enrichment activity in all the subjects for internal assessment,” Emmanuel said. School Time Changed: 7 am to 12:30 pm Keeping in view the continuous increase in afternoon temperature due to summer season and the possibility of adverse effect on the health of students due to heat, Collector Dr. Ilayaraja T issued an order to change the timings of all the schools operating under Indore district on Sunday. According to the issued order, in all government, non-government, government-aided, unaided, and recognized MPBSE (Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education), CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) and CICSE affiliated schools affiliated must conduct classes between 7 am and 12:30 pm. The order applies to all the schools and must be complied from class nursery to class 12. All the work related to examinations and evaluation will remain the same as per the predetermined schedule. 411 schools did not provide student data, notified of possible de-recognition District collector handed over notice to 411 schools for not providing details of students for database creation and warning them of de-recognition. District collector also warned them of possible consequences including termination of school’s recognition if they failed to comply with the instructions and provide details of students. District school education department on the instructions of state education department is preparing beta version of students’ database. The database will have details of all students studying in government and private schools across the state. All the schools were informed about the same and were required to submit the details to district education officer (DEO). The portal is being prepared by the administration for redressal of interdepartmental matters. Through the portal, the administrations will monitor schools and further solve issues if any.
