National & International Star Badges for Pink Power, Inspirational Role-models!

Summers of 2022 brought achievements, laurels and pride quoting the way Pink Power can heal and lead the world. Girls from India and across the world have dazzled and created their universal charm with their achievements.
As we recognise a few of such girls across the world, we restate the importance of supporting girls just as boys. Summers of 2022 were a breath of fresh air after the long fear of covid-19 and enforced protocols.
Though we should still be on guard, it is time to learn to grow and live with the challenge. Living with this challenge, many young girls have set new examples during summers this year.

Youngest Chess Champ
A little angel Anwesha Chhajlani got First Prize by winning all the three matches in her category at Madhya Pradesh State Under-8 Girls' Chess Championship 2022. She is a student of Class 3 at The Emerald Heights International School.
The championship was organized by M.P. Chess Ad Hoc Committee at Sagar in Madhya Pradesh. She further Anwesha will represent Madhya Pradesh in National Championship to be held at Vijaywada, Andhra Pradesh in the coming months.
Young Genius – AI in Healthcare
A young genius who made her mark in the Healthcare industry is Nishi Goswami. A student of Kendriya Vidyalaya Panna, Madhya Pradesh, made a project applying Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare.
Her project got various recognitions at National Level by government of India. She was even awarded by Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India - National e-Governance Division (NeGD) and Intel India.
Nishi’s developed an AI-based Chatbot that provides consultation services like a doctor and answers health or medical queries of a user.
From understanding symptoms to getting to know about various healthcare solutions, this chatbot can ensure that every user will have a vast ocean of knowledge at their fingertips.
National Star – epitome of achievements
The small star of an entire country... dazzling everyone with her performance is Heral Alwani. She is a student of Year 4 at Rousseau International School, Douala, Cameroon, (South Africa).
Not just academics, but this little girl is a pack full of talent. After completing her studies and attempting Year 4 examinations, she was the star of several national performances.
Heral’s solo performance representing the country’s traditional dance made her a national star. She even featured on national radio after her performance. Heral gives all the credit to her mother Meenakshi for teaching and supporting her.
High School Champs
Class 11 and Class 12 usually mean that the times when your nose is buried in books. However, who says... you cannot have it all.
With the best of both worlds, the two champions from The Emerald Heights International School are achieving great heights by beating their competitiors.
Anumegha Jain studying in Class 11 bagged Silver Medal in below 70kg Girls category at Kudo Junior State Championship. In the same championship, Archi Sahu from Class 12 bagged Bronze Medal in above 70kg Girls category.
Role-model, ready to transform Education in Happy Valley, USA
In the city of Happy Valley in Oregon, USA, a young girl is ready to bring transformations in education system. She is an A+ student and now, a role-model for her school.
Meet Kanak Patel, a student of Class 6 at Happy Valley Middle School, Happy Valley, Oregon, USA, whose revolutionary ideas have brought her to forefront of school council and representatives.
With her commitment to work persistently, celebrating diversity and preparing students for future challenges, Kanak added this new feather in her cap this month.
Karate Champ
Akshara Bhatia, a young champion in making, won Bronze medal in offline MP State Karate championship held in Bhopal. She is a student of class 6 at Queens College.
National Integration Warrior
A young girl ready to learn and bring unity in the country, Simran Girje was selected in Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat Special National Integration Camp. A part of 9 MP Battalion of NCC Group Indore, NCC Indore, she will now learn more about culture and functioning of country in Jammu and Kashmir.
Colonel Pankaj Attri, Commanding Officer of the Battalion said, “She will apprise the NCC cadets of their state's culture, living habits in the camp.”

Before Pentecost, Christian community helps underprivileged families with ration

Prior to Pentecost, Christian community is following the lessons taught by Jesus Christ and helping those in need. In their drive to help underprivileged families, Christian volunteers forming a group are providing ration packets to them. Christian holiday of Pentecost, which is celebrated the 49th day (the seventh Sunday) after Easter Sunday, will be celebrated on May 31 this year. The holiday commemorates the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles and other followers of Jesus Christ. Under the drive, ration packets are given to 200 to 250 people on a regular basis. “Christ was the ultimate social worker. What are the precautions for prevention of corona virus? Special instructions for School Students

School Education Department issued an advisory to all the school heads and officers regarding precautions to be taken against the deadly novel coronavirus to prevent the spread of infection among school children. The advisory was sent out at the direction of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India with a photocopy of the letter attached. The department in its advisory stated that the world is fighting against the rapid spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). In India, too, the number of cases identified has increased in the last few days. As the school going children are also susceptible to infection and this is a crucial time for children given the end of the academic year and examination, it calls for immediate measures minimizing the effects of the epidemic.
