Women’s celebration extended, Festival of Colours next!
Get ready to write & paint a colourful world, submissions open
With the heart-felt notes for women drafted by little angels, we are overwhelmed and will continue to publish them in the coming days extending our celebrations. Women are truly magicians who are raising such wonderful children.
What happens after? We have a bigger blast as we play and write about ‘Festival of Colours’!
Colours embark us on a unique journey within. Just looking at white colour brings peace to everyone; red can fill us up with power and love; yellow can bring energy to the dullest backgrounds; green takes us back to nature; and so on.
Colours have surely affected your life in many ways too. You might have a favourite colour that can turn everyday brighter. Maybe more than one colour resonates with you on a particular day.
So, ponder over colours that you like and resonate with you. Is there a colour that reminds you of someone? Did you grandma always decorate everything with a certain combination? Is your mom preparing colourful food for you to ensure a healthy diet?
Observe colours around you and then pen down whatever comes to your mind. We welcome abstract and concrete ideas that begin with any colour in this festival.
All the school students are welcomed to pen down their ideas and send us fun poems, articles, brief notes, drawings, paintings, crafts, write-ups, memories and more... to celebrate ‘Festival of Colours’!
Here are a few topics to help you kick-start your journey into the world of colours:
