Stuck in ‘The Terminal’ aspiring docs from Indore making the best of it!
Stuck in the terminal just like the movie, more than 45 students from Indore are taking refuges in Slovakia, Europe. Until Tuesday, all the students continued to be stranded in a new country with only one hope to see their parents again soon.
One can never imagine that as a student, but we don’t chose what happens to us, we chose how we react to it. Speaking to these warriors, who are strong and wilful to make the best of it, we learn about the current situation.
Just like the movie ‘The Terminal’, this experience of students from Indore are likely to become an inspirational script for a movie in coming times. From being stuck in frozen college bunkers, playing heroic, escaping the war, battling the fear, now they are contemplating their terminal in between before the happy ending.
Students are now able to get meals with the help from Indian embassy. They are still worried, but taking a small stroll and recalling the positive folk songs of India to cheer up every now and then.
They are not able to connect on calls, but able to send messages to their parents ensuring to keep in touch.
