Caring Fasteners: Let’s talk about Screws!
What will happen if we pull out screws from all machinery components, building structures, even mechanical tools like scissors! Can you imagine this world without screws?
Screws are the most essential components of all machines. They structure them into a definite shape and provide them a pivotal torque to move.
Screw came into existence in early B.C. during Archimedes era; its evolution in various forms is a long tale. In the 20th century, P. L. Robertson, a Canadian inventor, gave it a modern form.
Today Screws are manufactured by many companies like MelfastInc, Hayes Screws, Southern Fasteners, Varun Enterprises, and Kaloti Groups. They have various types depending upon the need, shape fitting and instrumental design.
Screw is such a small piece of metal that holds much of physics in it. It converts rotational motion into linear motion and a torque into a linear force. It has self locking properties which hold objects like bolts, nuts, and sheet metal together.
It is an important component of a screw gauge (micrometer) for measuring length with great accuracy.
Screw is such a tiny tool with hidden science and a great message for attaining a charismatic personality. It inspires us to connect and bond with different types of people in a society in a way to serve humanity.
Just as Screw fulfills the empty space in a machine, we should always try to fill the void spaces in the hearts of the deprived and depressed ones with our care and support.
The identity of every structure has its name which either comprises its usage or its important parts but never specifies the importance of screw.
We in our life when help people try to highlight our name. This small piece of metal has conveyed to us the message of humility in our service towards our society, nation, and humanity.
Screw is like a seed of a plant that has lost its identity in the course of formation of the final product but it must be always remembered in our minds that without them no completion is possible.
