The incident: owl found buried
On Tuesday, forest workers searched the shelter home, in which the body of an owl was found buried there. In preliminary inquiry, NGO operator Sapna Chaurasia told a family to bring an injured owl.
Some medicines were given to save the owl, whose wings were cut and health was deteriorating. As soon as the owl died in the morning, he was buried in the shelter home premises.
The complainant has also accused the NGO putting the owl on drip. Due to which, the owl died. On Wednesday, the owl's body was sent for the PM.
Some officials requesting anonymity claim that PM report was received on Friday evening. But the officer does not have enough time to open it!
Because of which the investigation has not progressed a step even after six days. Everyone is trying to influence the investigation.
According to sources, the officers have been saying that the only fault of the NGO is that they did not inform the forest department about the owl.
According to the rules, a person cannot keep a wild animal with him nor can anyone treat a wild animal on a personal level.
