Chaitanya Rath Yatra touring India on the golden jubilee year of Sahaj Yoga reached Indore on Sunday. The Rath took off from village Nargol, Gujarat on 5 May 2019, and reached city on 26 January.
As shared by coordinator Vivek Jhawar, the chariot arrived to a grand welcome by followers. “About 5,000 followers participated in the grand welcome ceremony and was followed by a yoga session,” he said. The welcome was organised at community centre in New Palasia.
“Chaitanya Rath has been taken out all over the country this year to commemorate the golden jubilee year of Sahaja Yoga, propounded by Nirmaladevi,” Sahaj Yoga leader in Indore Vandulal Goyal said.
He added that the Rath comes with a message of meditation and teaches free meditation practise to the gathering in every city. “Sahaja meditation is technique to get rid of stress and live a peaceful life, the idea behind the Rath is to extend this technique to everyone in the country,” Goyal said.
