A free musical concert of Gautam Dabir, a sufi singer and musician, from Baroda will be organised from 7 pm onwards at a centre on Pipliyana square on Sunday, November 24.
Dabir will present Ghazal, Bhajan and Sufi songs to immerse audience in the rhythm of devotion. He inherited from his (late) mother Shashi Dabir and his grandmother Mangla Joshi, later a skilled classical singer of the Gwalior Gharana.
With a musical atmosphere at home and constant encouragement from his parents Gautam, he was inspired to adopt this musical journey and has not looked back since. A very versatile singer, talented lyricist, composer and music arranger, Dabir and his group have performed all over the world and mesmerized the audience with their music.
